Find calm. connect and recharge yourself in a busy world. At afterglow studio, everything has been designed to support your total wellbeing. We’ve brought the outdoors in, combining natural elements with modern fixtures to create an inspiring, welcoming space for you. Our 3000+ sq foot studio features 2 cork-floor practice rooms, 11 foot ceilings and ample light from surrounding windows.
Before or after your class, relax and connect in our community space, where you will find free WIFI, complimentary tea (during the cooler months) and oranges as well as the possibility for new friends and connection.
There is nothing like the feeling of being in the studio with the sun shining in through the windows in the morning, or in the darkness of the evening with candles shining a dim light.
The comfort of the cork floors and warmth of the studio design, including high end props and a clean environment, provide you with a feeling of clarity and calm.

Inspired by yoga, our store is carefully curated for your total physical and mental wellbeing. Our glow shop will soothe, uplift and empower your body, mind and soul. Here you will find items ranging from hostess gifts, birthday gifts, books, yoga apparel, jewelry, home decor from the best brands in the wellness space including B YOGA, Halfmoon, Afterglow attire, Niyama good hYOUman. Come and sit awhile at our counter overlooking Queen Street and sip a cup of complimentary tea with free wifi.
