COOL FLOW
This gentle vinyasa flow works is great for beginners or more advanced who want to take it slower. Cool flow works on both strengthening + stretching, improving your mobility and connect to your breath. Some classes use gentle massage and essential oils.

Warm up with a gentle vinyasa flow and cool down in restorative postures in this all levels class that incorporates two complementary styles of yoga. Designed to calm the nervous system.

Warm up with a gentle vinyasa flow and cool down in this all levels class that incorporates two complimentary styles of yoga. Combine both strength building postures with deep stretches in longer holds using props and breath work.

KIDS YOGA
A fun, playful class for yogis 4-9 years old. Learning basic postures and mind-body awareness through movement, music, and play.

PILATES FLOW
A flow class incorporating pilates-based strengthening exercises, using pilates balls, bands and yoga props. Cultivate mindful movement and build stability and strength.

POWER FLOW
Build strength + flexibility while challenging your practice. Using dynamic postures and longer holds, this faster-paced flow will make you strong and sweaty with music you can move to.

SCULPT + SWEAT
Bring your energy and get ready to move. This is a fitness based class incorporating free weights, bands, gliders and a wicked playlist. (offered as an Xpress 45 min. class)

SOUL FLOW
Make soul flow your new ritual. This practice combines meditation, gentle vinyasa, yin and restorative poses. Bring your mantra, mindfulness and open heart to set the tone for your day or your week.

SUNDAY SOUL SESSIONS
End your week with a beautiful practice of coming home to yourself through a reflective and restorative practice. Infused with Reiki, energy healing that flows from the palms of an attuned practitioner.

TRX
A fitness class using TRX straps to build strength, improve balance and challenge yourself. Cross train your yoga practice and add in some light weights to bring your muscles to fatigue before moving on for more! All levels welcome.

VINYASA +
A deep and complete practice. Inspired by the fluidity and strength achieved through Vinyasa, with an additional focus on Pranayama. Students will be challenged to explore different levels of their existing practice, while also having the opportunity to deepen their flexibility and mobility. Be ready to move, sweat and stretch in this invigorating flow.

VINYASA FLOW
This class combines breath with movement through creative sequences. Always playful and dynamic with a little extra challenge for the experienced yogi. Feel invigorating movement connected to breath, set to music, with a divine savasana to complete your practice.

YIN/YIN + RESTORE
A passive practice involving mostly seated and supine poses held for longer periods. Yin is designed to access deeper layers of fascia in order to enhance mobility in the body while you focus on your breath. Yin + Restore takes you through a Yin practice into more restorative postures designed to calm the nervous system.

VINYASA 101
Focus o the basics. For the beginner yogi to learn in a slower paced class as well as more experienced yogis who want to improve their alignment + focus on breath work. This class is for every BODY.

YOGA SCULPT
Power through yoga and fitness poses using free weights and skillfully curated sequencing to build strength and stamina, with a wicked playlist. You will sweat.

LIFT
Slow and steady, lift heavy. This strength building class is all workout, no yoga. Lift weights to build muscle using functional exercises to increase bone density and age better. With 3 circuits done for 7-8 minutes straight, you will bring you muscles to failure and be ready for the next circuit. (XPRESS CLASS-45 min.)
