SOUND BATH

November 10

Release stress, reset your nervous system and experience the healing effects of sound meditation.

Join Charlie for a meditative, intuitive musical experience designed to recharge your body and mind. Through crystal singing bowls, voice, and chimes allow your body to sink into a restful parasympathetic state supporting cellular reset and nervous system healing. Guests will be guided through a meditative practice followed by the opportunity to either sit comfortably or lie down. Please dress for comfort. No previous experience necessary.
